Breath is life—and a powerful detoxifier. Conscious breathing techniques can help you eliminate toxins, release trauma, and restore energy flow.


Breathing is our most accessible healing tool. While we breathe unconsciously all day, most people only use 30–40% of their lung capacity.

Intentional breathwork—such as box breathing, holotropic breathing, or pranayama—activates the parasympathetic nervous system and improves cellular oxygenation.
